Terms and Conditions
1. The bill should be in duplicate with Advance Stamped Receipt
2. Supply the books at not less than 20% discount (35% for Malayalam books).
3. The conversion rate shall be the RBI rate as on the date of the bill (Provide proof).
4. Supply only the latest editions unless otherwise stated.
5. Provide necessary certificates with regard to the editions supplied, conversion rate etc.
6. Provide necessary PAN, TIN etc numbers in the bill.
7. Provide proper price proof for the books which have no printed price.
8. Postage/Transit charges should be borne by the supplier.
9. Books found damaged or otherwise defective will not be accepted. Such books should be taken back by the suppliers at their own cost.
